WE USE BEEF TALLOW!
We’ve made the switch to beef tallow in our fryer—an old-school fat with modern perks.
It’s packed with vitamins A, D, E & K, rich in good fats (hello, skin and hormone support), and even fits keto and low-carb lifestyles. 
It’s delicious. Your fries just got an upgrade.

*For gluten free options and some vegetarian options we use a specific canola oil.
