BURGER BAR
8oz burgers, served with focaccia buns, or cheese buns, tomatoes, onions, iceberg lettuce, crispy onions, ketchup, mustard and mayo. Comes with French fries and Caesar salad.

TACO BAR
Soft and hard taco shells served with ground taco beef, or ground taco chicken, served with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, mixed cheese, jalapenos, banana peppers, sautéed mixed peppers, salsa and sour cream. Sides of rice beans and tortilla chips.

PASTA BAR
Choice of two kinds of pasta, linguini, spaghetti, penne or macaroni. Choice of pasta sauce, Alfredo, tomato, rosé or oil and herb.
Served with garlic bread and mixed greens salad or Caesar salad.

WILLOWS BUFFET, MENU 1
Roast Beef, mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings with au jus and horseradish. Choices of dessert squares or fruit platters.

WILLOWS BUFFET, MENU 2
Prime rib, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, or rice, seasonal vegetables, or roasted vegetables, Yorkshire pudding with au jus. Mixed greens salad or Caesar salad.
Dessert squares or individual cakes.
Prime rib will be a carving station, carved by staff.
