Mother’s Day Brunch
Celebrate Mother’s Day on May 10 with a buffet brunch from 10am–2pm, featuring eggs benedict, breakfast favourites, fresh baked goods, drinks, and mimosas. From 1pm–6pm, enjoy a three-course set menu with your choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert, plus a 6oz glass of red or white wine included.
The Mother’s Day three course menu will be offered on Saturday and Sunday.
Brunch Buffet Menu
Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, savoury strata, and mixed berry strata. Served with house-baked muffins, cookies, and croissants, plus orange juice, apple juice, and speckled lemonade. Coffee,tea, or a mimosa included.
Eggs Benedict Station
Poached eggs on toasted english muffins with your choice of smoked salmon, ham, or smoked short rib, topped with rich, velvety hollandaise sauce.

Savoury Mediterranean Platter
Tomato, onion, and basil relish with crisp toast points and bacon jam, served alongside whipped goat cheese and feta.
Spring Harvest Salad
Mixed greens and arugula with roasted pumpkin seeds, roasted beets, and poached pear, finished with a maple vinaigrette.
Entree Options
Braised Lamb Shank
Slow-braised lamb shank served over creamy polenta with broccolini and tri-colour carrots, finished with a rich red wine reduction.
Pesto Rotini
Rotini noodles tossed in house-made pesto with arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, and roasted acorn squash.
Topped with chicken parmesan and served with garlic focaccia.
Herb-Crusted Salmon Filet
Herb-crusted salmon served with creamy roasted garlic risotto, broccolini, and tri-colour carrots, finished with a bright lemon caper piccata sauce.
